Chacra is a documentary that portrays the daily life of Juan and Olga, a couple from
Rural producers in the Sauce area (Canelones), who grow vegetables, raise livestock
animals and live in harmony with natural cycles. The film explores the link between the
human beings and the earth, showing the transformative work of these people in their
environment and reflecting on the connection—and the loss of it—with the processes
basics of food and nature.
